Shipping & Delivery Domestic:

All domestic orders are shipped via USPS Priority or First Class. Rates are Preset based on shipping prices from UPS. International customers are responsible for all custom duties and/or brokerage fees in addition to shipping cost assessed during checkout. All California residents will incur sales tax as set by the State of California and/or the County to which your delivery will be shipped. Please allow 5-7 business days for order processing and payment verification, and an additional 7-10 business days for transit. International Shipping
How long does it take to ship international orders?

We provide DHL Express with a transit time between 2 - 7 days depending on the custom clearance process of its final destination County. This is the recommended service for all International orders. 

What is your International refund and exchange policy?

Grizzly Griptape can not refund/cancel/exchange an international order when a customer "refuses" to pay taxes/fees/tariffs associated with importing, and abandons the package. Customers are expected pay the fees that their shipments accrue, or their right to a refund will be refused. 

How are the international orders shipped?

International order are process and shipped via DHL Express and is recommend for the most efficient transit times and delivery time from door to door. 

Do you provide International Pre-Paid return labels?

Grizzly Griptape can not provide any International Pre-Paid labels for any refunds or returns. If you are returning an item because of an error made my Grizzly Griptape please contact us at our Customer Service email.
